Señora Directora: Por cada punto de crecimiento del PIB, el Fisco recauda, aproximadamente, unos US$ 600 millones. Sin embargo, nuestros parlamentarios están por aprobar un proyecto de cuarto retiro sin impuestos que le costaría al Fisco, según estimaciones del presidente del Banco Central, unos US$ 700 millones. Parece que se entusiasmaron tanto con el crecimiento proyectado para este año, que da lo mismo tirar un punto por la borda.
